Impact Digital LLC ("Impact Digital", "we") develops and operates its own software, including financial management apps such as Rex Financial Control, Rex Unified, and Live Timer. This policy explains what data we collect, both on this site and in the apps we operate.

1. Who We Are

Impact Digital LLC is a software development company building automations and custom applications for clients, as well as operating its own software products.

2. Data We Collect

We collect different types of data depending on how you interact with us:

• On this site: name, email, phone, and message, when you fill out the contact form.
• In the apps (Rex Financial Control, Rex Unified, Live Timer): email and password (encrypted) for account signup, plus financial data, schedules, team members, and management history.
• Bank connection (Plaid): when you choose to connect a bank account, we use a third-party solution, Plaid Inc., to access account information such as balance and transaction history. We do not have direct access to your banking credentials — the process is handled entirely by Plaid.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and maintain the functionality of the apps you use.
• Respond to messages sent through the contact form.
• Display financial information (balances, transactions) within the app, for the exclusive use of the account owner.
• We do not sell personal or financial data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary for the product to function:

• Plaid Inc. — bank data connection and retrieval, under Plaid's own privacy policy.
• Infrastructure providers (hosting and databases) used exclusively to store and process application data, with restricted access.

5. Storage and Security

Data is stored in databases with restricted access, and passwords are protected with encryption (hashing). Bank access tokens provided by Plaid are stored securely and used only for queries authorized by the account owner.

6. Your Rights

You may, at any time, request deletion of your account and associated data, or revoke bank access. To do so, contact us at the email below.

7. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Upon a deletion request, we remove the personal and financial data tied to your account, except where retention is required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update will always be shown at the top of this page.
